Technical Skills

• 2+ Years of experience and proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro is an advantage.
• Experience with motion graphics, sound editing, color grading.
• Basic understanding of 2D/3D animation.
• Familiarity with Canva/Figma (optional).
• Strong understanding of aspect ratios, formats, and export settings.

Creative Skills

• Strong visual storytelling ability.
• Good sense of aesthetics and modern editing styles.
• Ability to create clean, engaging design layouts.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience in shooting at industrial sites - factories, warehouses, workshops.
• Experience in machinery and electronic product photo/video shoots.
• Understanding of brand-aligned storytelling for B2B & B2C content.

Video Editing (Primary Focus)

• Edit raw footage into high-quality final videos.
• Create short-form content (Reels, Shorts).
• Add motion graphics, transitions, animations, SFX/VFX.
• Work with 2D/3D animation elements when required.
• Manage color grading, sound mixing, and visual consistency.
• Create product demo videos, corporate videos, interviews, and promos.
• Handle industrial product shoots (machinery, equipment, electronics).
• Maintain proper project files, backups, and organization.

Graphic Design (Optional Skill)

• Create digital creatives: banners, posters, ads, GIFs, thumbnails, social media posts.
• Develop layouts, illustrations, and brand-aligned graphics.
• Support marketing campaigns with design assets.
• Basic UI design is a plus (optional).
