• Configure, customize, and implement Odoo modules based on business requirements.
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
• Review and oversee custom module development, workflows, reports, and integrations.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business users to ensure successful project
delivery.
• Manage project timelines, risks, resources, and stakeholder communication.
• Perform system testing, UAT, and quality assurance activities.
• Conduct end-user training and prepare functional and technical documentation.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to Odoo best practices, coding standards, and implementation methodologies.
• Mentor and guide team members on Odoo architecture and implementation approaches.
• Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Experience in Odoo customization, module development, and integrations.
• Knowledge of Odoo Studio, deployment, data migration, and Git.
• Strong functional expertise across key Odoo modules, including Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory &
Warehouse Management, Accounting & Finance, Manufacturing (MRP), Human Resources, and
Project Management, with the ability to align ERP solutions to diverse business processes and
operational requirements.
