Job Location: Vadodara
Office Hours: 09:30 am to 7 pm
Working Days: Mon – Sat (Weekly Off on 1st, 3rd & 5th Sat)
About Role:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in recruiting for both IT and Non-IT roles. This is a hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing, screening, and successfully onboarding candidates in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Work on both IT and Non-IT positions. (Software & Hardware)
Should be able to meet hiring deadlines.
Should be able to meet hiring targets (Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly)
Understanding the requirements (JD's) received from the hiring managers.
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Determine selection criteria
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking - System
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Lead employer branding initiatives
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Experience in high-volume recruitment.

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
