Role & Responsibilities

    ·         Provide insights into pharmaceutical retail trends, prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) product demand, and customer purchasing behaviors

    ·         Advise on product mix, seasonal demand, and new product introductions for prescription drugs, OTC products, health supplements, and wellness items.

    ·         Recommend store layouts, merchandising strategies, and inventory management to enhance efficiency and profitability.

    ·         Strategize to improve prescription and OTC sales while minimizing stockouts and expiries.

    ·         Handhold the adoption of technology solutions such as point-of-sale (POS) systems, e-prescription integrations, and customer loyalty programs

    ·         Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales revenue, gross margin, customer satisfaction, and inventory turnover.

    ·         Design and develop promotional strategies, discounts, and campaigns tailored to customer needs.

    ·         Suggest solutions to enhance the in-store and online customer experience, such as personalized consultations, home delivery, and digital engagement.

    ·         Recommend usage of platforms such as e-commerce, mobile apps, and digital health tools to expand the retail pharmacy’s reach.

    ·         Evaluate market data and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

    ·         Work on omnichannel strategies, integrating online and offline customer experiences.

    ·         Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure efficient sourcing, stocking, and distribution of pharmaceutical products.

    ·         Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate better terms for inventory procurement.

    ·         Conduct training sessions for retail staff to improve their knowledge of pharmaceutical products and compliance requirements.

    ·         Share a challenging situation you encountered on a project. Sharing the conditions and the outcome

    ·         Handle changes in the scope that alters the timeline from a few months, instead to a few days.

    ·         Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.

    ·         Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
