· Handhold the adoption of technology solutions such as point-of-sale (POS) systems, e-prescription integrations, and customer loyalty programs
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales revenue, gross margin, customer satisfaction, and inventory turnover.
· Design and develop promotional strategies, discounts, and campaigns tailored to customer needs.
· Suggest solutions to enhance the in-store and online customer experience, such as personalized consultations, home delivery, and digital engagement.
· Recommend usage of platforms such as e-commerce, mobile apps, and digital health tools to expand the retail pharmacy’s reach.
· Evaluate market data and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
· Work on omnichannel strategies, integrating online and offline customer experiences.
· Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure efficient sourcing, stocking, and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
