Mentor junior business analysts and provide guidance on best practices.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and business analysis methodologies.
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/Service/Product-based organizations.
Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Wireframes, and Process Flow Diagrams.
Experience working with ERP, WMS, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Enterprise Applications will be
preferred.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Experience in project coordination and client interaction.
Understanding of databases, APIs, system integrations, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
