Senior Accounts Executive

Role & Responsibilities

    • Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations 

    • Preparing and maintaining important financial & MIS reports 

    • Preparing tax returns and ensuring that taxes are paid properly and on time 

    • Evaluating financial operations to recommend best-practices, identify issues and strategize solutions, and help organizations run efficiently  

    • Offering guidance on cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profit maximization 

    • Conducting forecasting and risk analysis assessments 

    • Giving advice on best internal control practices 

    • Preparation of asset register 

    • Ensuring the safety of accounting information system 

    • Verify and reconcile contracts, orders, and vouchers, and prepares reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement. 

    • Monitor compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures. 

    • Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports. 

    • Provide advice and assistance and early warning of such problems as cost over-runs, excessive charges, and potential penalties. Develop models to depict financial and related activities tailored for specific operations. 

    • Coordination required in Outdoor activities involving client visits. 

    • Coordination in Inter - departmental activities. 

    • Involvement in all Office activities as required from time to time. 

    • Communicates with relevant agencies to produce travel itineraries for business directors and employee events 

    • Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments 

    • Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail 

    • Handles expenses and billing cycles 

    • Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed 

    • Manages staff expense requests 

    • Interacts with directors and carries out their requests 

    • Creates agendas and takes meeting notes 

    • Assists in purchase orders and invoicing 

    • Good Experience in Team Handling ( Assign Task, Monitoring) 

Requirements

    • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. 

    • Good in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, or similar). 

    • Should have understanding in Excel skills and familiarity with MS Office. 

    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. 

    • Good communication and organizational skills. 

    • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
