Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct research to determine the parameters of a robotic application.
- Design robotic systems from start to finish and able to change and integration with the existing system.
- Able to develop robotics arm, Mechanical mechanism, electromechanical mechanism and electrical mechanism based on the requirement.
- Create complete documentation for robotic systems.
- Develop cost-effective and efficient processes to produce the machines.
- Monitor the use of robotic systems and optimize their functionality.
- Excellent knowledge of CAD/CAM software.
- Well-versed in computer science, applied physics, and mechanics.
- Knowledge of IO communication with different peripheral devices.
- Thorough understanding of electrical wiring and computer software engineering.
- Ability to use tools and perform tasks such as soldering, welding, and metal cutting with precision and accuracy.
- Working on the implementation of ROS packages/algorithms for mapping, localization, sensor fusion and navigation.
- Excellent mathematical ability.
- MUST have intermediate knowledge of Robotics, Robotic Operating Systems (ROS), Multi-threaded applications, Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM), Virtual Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (VSLAM) and Light Detection and Ranging (LIDAR).
