    ·        2-3 years of experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver

    ·        Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills

    ·        Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    ·        Desire to continue building skill set with education and training High level of Creativity with strong visual and conceptual Skills in-line with the market trends.

    ·        Proficient in Adobe, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva. Desire to innovate in the social media ecosystem.

    ·        Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio Creating engaging and visually appealing graphics as per the requirements, across digital and print media.

    ·        Collaborating with different teams to understand the brief provided and create high quality and engaging visuals as per the requirements, within given deadlines.

    ·        Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, short, animated clips, explainers, infographics, advertisements, and other communication materials.

    ·        Strong designing skills and proven ability to use a variety of software (ex. Photoshop, Illustrator) Independently deliver projects and to end, with least or no handholding.

    ·        A strong eye for visual composition Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

    ·        Understanding of various design-related tasks.

Role & Responsibilities

     

    ·        Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.

    ·        Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately

    ·        Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects

    ·        Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities.

    ·        Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video.

    ·        Website & App Designing for various projects and businesses.

    ·        Responsible for social media Graphic designs

    ·        Designing PPTs

    ·        Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.

    ·        Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements.

    ·        Testing graphics across various media

    ·        Study design briefs and determine requirements.

    ·        Schedule projects and define budget constraints.

    ·        Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.

    ·        Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.

    ·        Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design.

    ·        Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
