Managing front office & attending guests, clients, visitors in a professional manner
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms to ensure they are tidy and welcoming
Coordinate office activities like Vendor management, Couriers, Housekeeping, Office maintenance, etc.
Manage office supplies stock and place orders when necessary
Support administrative and HR functions whenever required (filing, documentation, data entry, interview co-ordination, Employee Data, Attendance, etc.)
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Ensure the upkeep of office facilities including cleanliness, repairs, and infrastructure needs
Proven experience in a similar role (2-3 years preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
