Digital Marketing Executive

Role & Responsibilities

    ·        Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

    ·        Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

    ·        Set specific objectives and report on ROI & Generate organic traffic to all social media platforms

    ·        Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, content writing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency

    ·        Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews

    ·        Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

    ·        Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.

    ·        Connect with industry influencers for brand promotions.

    ·        Monitor brand mentions and promote user-generated content to connect with the audience personally.

    ·        Strong research skills with excellent knowledge of Social Media platforms

    ·        Working knowledge/familiarity with social listening tools

    ·        Provide daily, weekly and quarterly reports to the senior management

    ·        Optimizing content for publication across various social media sites.

    ·        Collaborating with the team to ensure that posts are engaging.

    ·        Plan the Social Media Calendar in line with the short and long-term goals of the brand

    ·        Build a community by engaging the audience with meaningful conversations and responding to their comments.

    ·        Analyze social media analytics to measure the performance of the campaigns.

    ·        Stay updated about the latest features and other offerings of social media platforms.






    ·        3 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or a similar role.

    ·        Location with the Vadodara with work from the office.

    ·        Exceptional knowledge of leading social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

    ·        Portfolio of social media campaigns handled in the past.

    ·        Having outstanding copywriting skills would be an added benefit.

    ·        Good understanding of social media ads.

    ·        Sound knowledge of influencer marketing.

    ·        Familiarity with social media post schedulers like Hootsuite, Buffer, Publer, or similar tools.

    ·        Diploma/Any Graduate or relevant Course in marketing, media, or related field.

    ·        Good written and verbal communication skills.

    ·        Basic customer service skills & good time management skills.
