· Agile/Scrum Certification (CSM, PSM, CBAP, ECBA, or equivalent) will be an advantage.
· Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Visio, Draw.io, or similar.

· Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
· Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows.

· Conduct feasibility studies, impact analysis, and solution assessments.
· Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, QA Teams, and Product Owners to ensure successful project delivery.
· Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project discussions.
· Define project scope, objectives, and acceptance criteria.
· Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure business requirements are met.
· Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
· Mentor junior business analysts and provide guidance on best practices.
· Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and business analysis methodologies.
· 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/Service/Product-based organizations.
· Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
· Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
· Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Wireframes, and Process Flow Diagrams.
· Experience working with ERP, WMS, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Enterprise Applications will be preferred.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
· Experience in project coordination and client interaction.
· Understanding of databases, APIs, system integrations, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
