Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales revenue generation plan to achieve revenue targets for POS Billing Solutions and Hardware Terminals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and business partners.
- Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to ensure long-term partnerships.
Sales Operations
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results.
Product Knowledge
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product developments, and technological advancements.
- Conduct product training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
